The garage will provide nearly 800 parking spots. The office building on the south face of the garage will be approximately 55,000-sf and will house the Georgia Tech Research Corporation administrative offices. The lower level of the office building will include space for a future blackwater reclamation system. As part of our mission for future sustainability, a photovoltaic array will be planned for future implementation on the top level of the parking deck.

The W26 parking lot will be permanently removed from service. A temporary path to access the parking area between Center St. Apartments and 430 10th St. (south) will be provided from the W25 parking lot.
