Non-Emergency Maintenance Requests
For non-emergency maintenance request such as:
- Burned-out light bulbs
- Needing an electrical outlet installed
- Request for your area to be painted, etc.
Contact your building manager to submit a request. If you are a building manager, please follow the instructions below to email customer service.
If you are authorized to submit requests to Infrastructure and Sustainability, please follow the instructions below to email customer service.
If you have a project, custodial service, or pest or animal control request follow the links below to submit your request.
Emergency Maintenance Request
For maintenance related emergencies, such as:
- broken water pipes
- leaking faucets/toilets
- storm damage, etc.
During normal working hours (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.):

Email Customer Service for Maintenance Requests
Please email iscustomerserv@gatech.edu with your request. Maintenance requests should include:
- Building number (please reference the map to determine your building number)
- Room number or specific location if room number can’t be found
- Short description with critical details only
- Billable work orders will require a worktag and doc ID#
- Please include these in the body of the email and not as an attachment
- If you are not the building manager, please make sure to copy your building manager on any requests
Construction and Renovation Request
If this is a construction-type request such as:
- Adding walls to enclose an area.
- Removing walls and other barriers, etc.
Submit a project request on the Project Request Page.
Custodial Service Request
If this is a custodial service request such as:
- general cleaning
- detail cleaning
- custodial needs for a special event

Pest or Animal Control Request
For pest control services at Georgia Tech such as:
- Ants
- Flys
- Rodents
